What to include

Include the affected Dream Go account, approximate time and the non-secret task identifier shown in the app. Never send your password, TikTok token, TOTP seed or recovery code.

Response and safety

Support investigates account-access and publishing-result issues without asking for your TikTok password. If a provider outcome is uncertain, Dream Go preserves it for reconciliation instead of automatically posting again.
